Weekly Results 17th September - 23rd SeptemberOn Saturday passed Faughan Valley held their Monthly Medal Strokeplay competition with Colm Moore taking first spot with 61 nett playing off a handicap of 18. In second place was 19 handicapper William Duffy with 63 nett, and in third spot was 24 handicapper Patrick David McGlinchey with 65 nett.
On Sunday we held an open stableford competition with 12 handicapper Tony P Griffiths taking the honours with 38 points. Second spot went to 17 handicapper Liam Conway with 37 points, and 16 handicapper Stanley Lyle taking third spot with 35 points.
This weekend will see the last competition of the year off the white tees, which will be a weekend stableford open sponsored by the Drumond Hotel Ballykelly with a full complement of prizes. Monday will see the start of the Winter League and the Turkey Competitions.
